BSMEC Shines at Bakery China 2025 with Intelligent Baking Solutions

From May 19 to 22, 2025, the 27th Bakery China Exhibition was successfully held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai – Hongqiao). As one of the most influential trade shows in the global baking industry, this year’s event brought together top-tier brands, equipment manufacturers, and food producers from around the world.

BSMEC showcased a wide range of intelligent bakery machinery and complete production lines, including cake aeration systems, mooncake encrusting lines, pastry forming lines, and steamed bun & baozi lines. Our booth attracted strong attention from professional visitors and partners across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Russia, and Europe.

The automatic cake aeration system, developed in-house by BSMEC, was a major attraction. Designed for industrial chiffon and sponge cake production, it features recipe memory, automatic CIP cleaning, and stable foam generation, ensuring high efficiency and consistent quality.

Meanwhile, our Encrusting Forming Line – suitable for mooncakes, maamoul, mochi, and double-color pastries – received great interest for its flexibility, precision control, and quick product changeover capabilities.
